Visti gli artt. 131 c.p.i., 163 l.a., 2599 c.c., 614-bis e 700 c.p.c. dispone a carico di Piccole Emozioni srl l’inibitoria della produzione, commercializzazione, acquisto, importazione, esportazione, detenzione e/o pubblicizzazione, anche a mezzo internet e social network, di tutti gli esemplari di borsa sopraindicati. Fissa, ai sensi dell’art. 131 co. 2 c.p.i., 163 l.a., 2599 c.c., 614-bis e 700 c.p.c., una somma non inferiore a € 500,00 a titolo di penale per ogni singolo articolo trattato dalla resistente in violazione dell’inibitoria di cui sopra a far data dal giorno successivo a quello della comunicazione del presente provvedimento.
