Stars from the music industry arrived on the red carpet on Wednesday in Los Angeles to attend the Billboard Women in Music Awards. Hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross, this year’s event saw Katy Perry putting on a fiery red display in her two-piece ensemble, Ellie Goulding channeling ethereal elegance and more.
