Nurse Dana Takes Paris: Attending Louis Vuitton With ‘The Pitt’ Star Katherine LaNasa

A broken toe wasn’t going to stop Katherine LaNasa from attending her first fashion show.  The Emmy-winning actress, currently starring as Nurse Dana on HBO’s hit series “The Pitt,” sustained the injury in a stunt rehearsal for an upcoming new project, which ended up providing fashion direction to her entire look for the Louis Vuitton fall 2026 show. “I messed up my toe so badly that I could only wear a sandal — and it’s not really sandal weather,” LaNasa says over the phone from the back of her car in Paris. “Anything that was appropriate to have a boot with really wasn’t going to work.” The result?
