The Gold House Fifth Annual Gold Gala Was a Style Showcase for Mindy Kaling and More

Saturday night’s annual Gold Gala, presented by Gold House, featured a bevy of high-profile stars on the Los Angeles arrival carpet in designer pieces from the likes of Aiste Hong to Anita Dongre and more. Chrissy Teigen and Mindy Kaling led the designer style brigade, while Priyanka Chopra Jonas found a way to honor her heritage in a custom Amit Aggarwal piece. WWD breaks down those looks and plenty more ahead. Chrissy Teigen Chrissy Teigen Chad Salvador Teigen styled a look by Aiste Hong. The strapless dress featured a fitted bodice and cinched waist for definition in a dark fabric. The drop waist of the garment added a touch of modernity with a voluminous bubble style skirt in a contrasting shade of light blue. Teigen was styled by Alana Van Deraa for Saturday night’s event. Mindy Kaling Mindy Kaling Chad Salvador Styled by Erin Walsh, Kaling favored a look by Anita Dongre. The sleeveless gown included thigh-high slits at the sides and was crafted with ornate embroidery in jeweled tones of green and blue. The “Running Point” creator added shimmering jewelry pieces, including a simple bracelet and ring, to accent her attire.
