Dua Lipa Channels ‘The Matrix’ in Oversize Leather Coat and Statement Shoulders for SiriusXM, Talks New ‘Radical Optimism’ Album
Dua Lipa channeled the 1999 classic “The Matrix” while appearing on SiriusXM in New York on Wednesday. The pop star stopped by to promote her forthcoming album “Radical Optimism,” out May 3. In October, Lipa bid farewell to her brunette tresses, debuting her latest hair color on Instagram. Dua Lipa visits SiriusXM studios on April 24 in New York. Lipa is a longtime ambassador for Versace, having worn the Italian label on several red carpets in recent years. She collaborated with the brand’s artistic director, Donatella Versace, on their 2024 resort line, “La Vacanza.” The collection debuted in Cannes, France, last summer during the city’s starry film festival. “Dua is strong, fearless and free and her creative vision is exceptional,” Versace told WWD at the time. Lipa described the opportunity as a “dream” after first meeting the designer in 2017.
