Here’s a First Look at The Mark Hotel’s Met Gala Baseball Cap That’s Exclusively Gifted to Celebrity Guests

Luxury hotel merchandise — casually donned by the rich and famous, yet fervently acquired by the aspirational consumer as an IYKYK-status symbol — continues to be a hot commodity. Come the first Monday of May, one branded baseball cap will be crowned the most coveted merch of all — and it’s only available to those Met Gala attendees staying at The Mark Hotel. For more than 10 years, the five-star boutique hotel has produced limited-edition versions of its beloved The Mark cap for a lucky 100 guests getting glammed up for the Met Gala. For this year’s star-studded event, The Mark’s washed canvas cap will be gifted in a black colorway, featuring the iconic “M” logo and hotel name at the front with “Met Gala 2025” embroidered in white on its side. According to a representative for The Mark Hotel, this collectible baseball hat will welcome Met Gala guests in their rooms, alongside the hotels’s plush bathrobes featuring the guest’s initials, Augustinus Bader skin care products, Don Julio tequila and Caviar Kaspia caviar pairings, as well as special goods from Edie
