Kate Middleton’s Self-Portrait dress for The Championships, Wimbledon generated $918,000 in media impact value for the British brand, according to a new report from Launchmetrics. Overall, Middleton’s attendance for the ladies’ and gentlemen’s singles finals generated $36 million in MIV for the tournament. (MIV is a proprietary metric that assigns a true monetary value to marketing strategies across print, online and social media in order to calculate ROI.)
