Alex and Ani Embraces Childhood Nostalgia With Polly Pocket Jewelry Collaboration

Alex and Ani embraced the childhood nostalgia trend with their latest Mattel collaboration. The American jewelry retailer and manufacturer debuted its new limited-edition collection of jewelry in collaboration with Polly Pocket. Referencing the 1990s and early 2000s toy doll’s memorable compacts, the collection features three unique motifs — the heart, the star and the scallop shell. Michael Urie Is in His Dreamy Era

“It’s been a dreamy couple of years,” says Michael Urie on a Friday afternoon phone call, just hours before a performance of his latest Broadway show “Once Upon a Mattress” at the Hudson Theatre.
