Halle Bailey Honors Maternal Advocacy in Silvia Tcherassi Halter Dress

Halle Bailey turned to Silvia Tcherassi for her body-con, mermaid-style sleeveless dress for Project Pit’s inaugural Maternal Health Summit on Saturday in Los Angeles. Her dress featured a formfitting silhouette with a keyhole cutout on the bodice and halter neckline. The dress featured a slight reference to Bailey’s “The Little Mermaid” days, thanks to the skirt. Her makeup was done by artist Christiana Cassell.
