Queen Camilla brought one of the more mysterious jewels in her person collection back into rotation on Wednesday, pairing her moonstone and diamond brooch with a mostly monochrome Anna Valentine look for the Royal Osteoporosis Society at Clarence House in London.

The queen rewore an icy blue Anna Valentine dress designed in her signature silhouette. The dress was crafted in a muted gray-blue tone with three-quarter length sleeves and a midi hemline. Exposed seams ran down the front of the dress, which featured a slightly pleated skirt.

The brooch features a milky blue cabochon gemstone set between two bands of diamonds. Camilla has worn the piece on several previous occasions, including Buckingham Palace’s first garden party of the 2026 season in May.
The brooch made its public debut in July 2022, when Queen Camilla was still the Duchess of Cornwall. She first wore the jewel at Ascot and brought it out again later that year during the South African state visit. The brooch has often been paired with wardrobe pieces that pick up the blue
