Dan Harden is the chief executive officer, principal designer and founder of Whipsaw, which describes itself as “an acclaimed product design and experience innovation company in Silicon Valley that has introduced 1,000 products to market over the past 20 years for the world’s top companies.” Prior to the creation of Whipsaw, Harden served as vice president and president of Frog, “where he designed many notable products for heavyweights like Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison and Rupert Murdoch,” according to the company. In this episode, Harden joins Arthur Zaczkiewicz, executive editor of strategic content development at WWD, to answer an age-old question: Can you design a better hammer? They also explore the elements of great design and the design process at Whipsaw. Click HERE to listen to the episode.
