Amal Clooney Blossoms in Oscar de la Renta Minidress at ‘Jay Kelly’ NYFF Premiere With George Clooney

Amal Clooney took flower power to a whole new level in a fresh autumnal-inspired Oscar de la Renta minidress on Monday night in New York City for the 2025 New York Film Festival premiere of her husband George Clooney’s new film “Jay Kelly.” For the red carpet occasion, the British lawyer and human rights activist wore a strapless maroon minidress from Oscar de la Renta’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The minidress featured a velvety bodice with subtly layered fabric elements to add texture to the piece. George and Amal Clooney John Nacion At the waist, the mini frock transitioned into a voluminous bouquet of deep red floral appliqués with yellow-gold centers. Petals cascaded throughout the constructed skirt, featuring a hemline above Clooney’s knee. The full skirt also offered textural contrast to the velvet bodice, creating an autumnal motif evocative of the season. Clooney coordinated her look with metallic gold pointed-toe heels and wore a pair of statement gold earrings to continue the warm tonal motif of her sartorial statement.
