Latin Pop Star Kenia Os Makes NYFW Debut: ‘I’m Representing My People and Culture’

It’s a dream come true for Kenia Os. Last year, the pop star was in constant motion, performing night after night on her “Pink Aura” tour through Latin America. The whirlwind schedule left little time for much else, but with the tour wrapped, Os is carving out space to focus on another passion: fashion.  According to the Mexican singer, fashion is a world she’s long admired from the sidelines, so when the chance came to join the fashion week circuit (one of the industry’s more exclusive events), she seized it. That dream kicked off earlier this year when she attended Paris Fashion Week, making appearances at Willy Chavarria and Y-3 with Adidas — an experience she described as “amazing” and “unforgettable.” Still, she says, New York Fashion Week has always been the ultimate fashion stage to experience. Michael Urie Is in His Dreamy Era

“It’s been a dreamy couple of years,” says Michael Urie on a Friday afternoon phone call, just hours before a performance of his latest Broadway show “Once Upon a Mattress” at the Hudson Theatre.
