Dakota Johnson Takes the Spotlight in Sheer Gucci Gown at 2025 Zurich Film Festival

Dakota Johnson became one of the first celebrities to wear a custom Gucci outfit in Demna’s era as the brand’s creative director. The actress donned a long-sleeved, blue gown with a high neckline and a full, drop-waist skirt, featuring a semi-sheer bodice, for her appearance at the 2025 Zurich Film Festival on Thursday. Below the drop waistline, the full skirt bloomed with layers of fabric and a voluminous quality that created a variation in texture, fabric and shape. A brand ambassador since 2017, Johnson’s latest Gucci moment happened a couple of days after the Italian house’s “The Tiger” presentation in Milan, which marked the debut of Demna’s new spring 2026 collection. As for accessories, the actress wore statement pieces to accentuate the drama of her attire. The Roberto Coin global ambassador wore statement rings and a pair of earrings to complete her ensemble.
