Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt Favor Soft Tones and Shimmer at ‘The Smashing Machine’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Members of the cast and creative team behind the film “The Smashing Machine” along with special guests hit the red carpet on Monday for the 2025 Venice Film Festival, wearing designs courtesy of Prada, Tamara Ralph, Nicol & Ford and more. Emily Blunt brought shimmer and sparkle in her strapless dress, featuring sculptural appliqués. Dwayne Johnson, the film’s leading man, suited up in a powder blue shade with his Prada look. Earl Gibson III Blunt turned to the runway for her Tamara Ralph look. The Oscar-nominated actress wore a strapless dress from the designer’s fall 2025 couture collection. The shimmering gown featured a formfitting design with sinuous sculptural elements at the neckline and hip for asymmetrical juxtaposition. Fabric gathered at the hip for added texture as well.
