Salt & Stone’s Cult-favorite, Under-$50 Saffron & Cedar Fragrance Line Just Dropped at Sephora

Salt & Stone, a brand that’s won over the public’s affection with “high-performance skin care from the sea,” has recently expanded its cult-favorite Saffron & Cedar fragrance line, and it officially launched at Sephora today for your winter enjoyment (not to mention early Valentine’s Day shopping needs!). The Saffron & Cedar scent — which feels like a drive along the coast with all your windows open as it starts to rain, punctuated by notes of neroli, surf wax, oakmoss, and sugarcane — was introduced by the brand last October, by way of a candle. The success of that launch was followed by forays into the worlds of body wash, deodorant, and bar soap, all done in the trending scent. “It’s been a dreamy couple of years,” says Michael Urie on a Friday afternoon phone call, just hours before a performance of his latest Broadway show “Once Upon a Mattress” at the Hudson Theatre.
