Rooney and Kate Mara Do Sister Styling in Black and White at the 2026 Venice Film Festival

Rooney Mara and Kate Mara took sister styling in a black and white direction with designs by Stella McCartney, McQueen and Armani Privé for the 2026 Venice Film Festival on Thursday. Rooney Mara Michael Buckner Rooney Mara kicked off her film festival style stint in a white ensemble from Stella McCartney’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, which she wore to the “Bucking Fastard” cast photo call. The look came complete with a flowing white halter top and a coordinated skirt with a high-low hem. Rooney completed her look with a pair of peep-toe mules by Giuseppe Zanotti. As for Rooney’s older sister, Kate Mara wore a design from McQueen’s fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection. The dress, featuring a turtleneck and designed with black and white botanical inspiration, included a slight high-low hem at the skirt.
