Taraji P. Henson opted for Rick Owens’ playful animal print-effect styling when she joined her “Why Did I Get Married Again?” costars for the film’s Los Angeles premiere at Harmony Gold Theater on Tuesday night.
The Oscar-nominated actress wore a deconstructed dress courtesy of the American couturier. The textured black-and-white gown featured zebra-effect deconstruction and fabric layering, among other standout elements that put a twist on the classic color combination.

The off-the-shoulder neckline transitioned to a form-fitting silhouette with long sleeves. A fishtail train gave the dress added depth as it trailed Henson on the red carpet.
The actress elevated the black-and-white look with metallic flashes. Bold gold statement earrings with extra ear cuffs and studs, along with metallic gold rings, popped against the zebra print. Even Henson’s nails were painted gold, adding warm tones to the stark contrast of her black and white premiere gown.

As for her glam, Henson opted for a sleek pixie cut with a side part. Her makeup included bold brows, smoky, lined eyes with voluminous lashes and a glossy lip.
