Ryan Seacrest and Rita Ora are ready to party with an estimated 1 million people in Times Square on Sunday, according to the city of New York, plus other millions of viewers at home. The duo will cohost “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2024,” which will air live on ABC. “It’s just such an iconic show and, for so many of us, it’s almost like it doesn’t feel real,” Ora told WWD during a press brunch on Friday. “When you’re watching it on TV, and you see all the incredible stars and Ryan, and all the interviews, you’re thinking, ‘wow, what a magic environment to be a part of.’ So that’s why I’m so excited to be a part of this. It’s a dream for me.” Hosting the leading New Year’s Eve television special for almost two decades, Seacrest said Ora is being “spoiled” by the weather on her debut appearance — Seacrest has faced temperatures as low as 18 degrees while on the show since 2005. “It’s not going to be that rainy.
