Miss USA Noelia Voigt Honors American Landmarks at Miss Universe 2023 National Costume Show

Miss USA Noelia Voigt paid tribute to American landmarks at the Miss Universe 2023 national costume competition on Thursday in El Salvador. The costume, made to represent the diversity of the United States, featured miniatures of the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, the Washington Monument and the White House, as well as a replica of the Route 66 sign. Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt Voigt’s costume, created by Blas Simon Villalba Rivas, also featured a sparkling corset bodysuit covered in sequins and crystals. The contestant wore a matching headpiece and over-the-knee boots. The national costume competition was hosted by the current Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel, who will end her reign on Saturday. Gabriel — who made headlines after wearing a national costume inspired by NASA and astronauts during the 71st edition of the competition — took the stage in a glittery blue dress with a side slit and a dramatic draped skirt.
