R’Bonney Gabriel Channels Mermaid Inspiration in Dramatic Custom Dress at Miss Universe 2023 Pageant

2022 Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel arrived for the 2023 Miss Universe pageant on Saturday in El Salvador, channeling mermaid-inspiration as she dazzled in a blue off-the-shoulder gown with a plated bodice, paillettes and skirt that created a fish-scale effect. Her look, designed by Gert-Johan Coetzee, was completed with her crown created by Lebanese jewelry company Mouawad.
