Brad Pitt’s refreshed comeback at last year’s Wimbledon reinforced the tennis tournament as a major fashion playground and platform. Heritage menswear plays a central role in both menswear and womenswear, as seen now in fashion veteran Zendaya. But it was the Princess of Wales, who made a surprise appearance wearing a sleek, minimal purple chic dress, who stole the show. From Hollywood stars to royalty, the attendees have transformed the Wimbledon 2024 stands into a veritable runway. Here, WWD takes a closer look at the best-dressed guests at the tournament. Kate Middleton Kate Middleton Middleton stepped out for the men’s finals of the 2024 Wimbledon Championships wearing a purple dress from British brand Safiyaa with gold hoop earrings from By Pariah. The princess first wore a dress from the brand in November last year to the Royal Variety Performance 2023 at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Zendaya Zendaya Zendaya wore a white Ralph Lauren blazer, layering it over a blue and white striped button-up and a navy knit tie. She completed her look with diamond studs.
