After all, no vanity is complete without a trusty tube that flatters the eye and delivers on daily drama. There’s a wealth of options for different lash effects among the best mascaras at Walmart, so WWD Shop editors went shopping. We tested 21 formulas to narrow down the most transformative mascaras that bring serious volume, length, and lift in just a few swipes.
