Coco Gauff brought monochrome dressing to the 2026 Australian Open tennis tournament in a periwinkle kit courtesy of her partnership with New Balance. Gauff defeated Kamilla Rakhimova of Uzbekistan in her first-round match at the first grand slam of the year. Inspired by the Australian landscape, the first look of Gauff’s grand slam tennis kit set featured a periwinkle look that kicked off with her walk-on look, featuring an oversized color-blocked jacket, with zip-up detailing and a slightly oversized fit for ease of movement. A racerback and sleeveless style gave the athlete even more movement, with the New Balance logo featured on the back of the skirt in black. Each element of Gauff’s look, from her wrist sweatbands to her headband, CG2 sneaker and even her tennis racket was designed with the periwinkle tone.
