Nelly Furtado burst onto the music scene in the late ’90s and rose to pop star prominence in the Y2K era. The singer is best known for her hit songs “I’m Like a Bird,” “Turn Off the Light,” “Promiscuous Girl” and “Maneater.” In September, Furtado reunited with fellow pop star Justin Timberlake and rapper and producer Timbaland for “Keep Going Up.” The last time the trio released a single was in 2007 with “Give It to Me.” Furtado also revealed that she has new music in the pipeline.
